[bamboozle]

hi all... I would like your opinions/advice...

over the last few years I have obtained about 5 pairs of eye glasses. thanks to the 'two for one' offers available and my ever changing eye prescription, I just have too many spare pairs.  
I know that there are charities in the uk that I could donate my eye wear to but we travel to India every winter and I do like to contribute a little something to the country I live in part time.  
we try to give a little as we travel,  and we think it would be a good idea to give these glasses a new home in India.
does anyone know of a particular charity that would benefit from old glasses?  they are in really good condition as I only get to wear them for about a year before I have to change them.
any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  we usually spend most of our time in Goa but always take a few weeks out to see someplace else. it would be nice to visit a place where we could give donations to and maybe even help out.  there is still so much to see and do there!
