Can you guys recommend some good Hotels in Delhi? Budget for a double occupancy is 50 USD. and must be near the malls, shopping centers.

The Gold Regency on Paharganj is a decent choice though, I don't know what you will make of this busy Bazaar if it's your first time in India, it's a bit of a culture shock!! fellow TIT member Indianworker rates the Master Paying Guest house bery highly

master paying guest house is well recommended by a number of forums. I have not been there, but did see it on a travel show and was quite impressed with what seemed to be offered.
in addition to accommodation they also offer walking tours of delhi with the owner which I think would be a great way to get around.
they get a good write up in lp too.
