OM
This Universe started with a huge explosion called the BIG BANG.
Which made an equally huge sound.... we try to mimic this sound.
The closest our vocal cords can resonate/mimic the sound is OOOMMMmmmm.....

I am back from Lhasa now (sad... sad... sad...  ;)  ;)  :D )  and would like report back my case.

I took acetazolamide 125 mg 3-4 times a day, as 70-80s suggested, for all days that I was over 3000mts and a day before landing in Lhasa. as a result,
- I adapted much easier to the altitude on the first day, and was able to walk relatively long-distance... compared to me panting and sweating on the first day of the previous landing
- I did have one case of migraine attack while there BUT it was only one (compared to two on average for several days of being at a high altitude) and it was very mild. I even didn't go back to lie down at the hotel but sat down at Jokhang next to prostrations and half an hour later emerged fully recovered. Acetazolamide certainly helped!

now I am thinking... what if I move to live to a place at high altitude... in the mountains... will I keep suffering from frequent migraine attacks as I do now, or my body will adjust?? what do you say?
