Title :: Mushroom Massala

Ingredients ::
  • 250 gms button mushrooms
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup thick curd (yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp cummin seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp corriander seeds powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
Description ::
Delicious preparation with white button musgrooms in microwave

Clean mushrooms and keep aside
Heat butter in a pan
Add chopped onions and fry till transparent
Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies
Saute for 2 minutes
Add all the powders and garam masala and fry for a minute
Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes
Add tomato puree, tomatoes, salt and stock
Let it cook for 2 minutes
Pour it into microwave bowl
Microwave the mushroom gravy for 3 minutes
Pour the curd and mix it well
Serve with rice
