hello,

I've been trying to book my first e-ticket. All goes well and good till the last step : paying!

I selected the ICICI Payment Gateway (for Master / Visa Credit cards issued by any bank) but I get an answer that my Visa card is not valid.

What should I do?

I live in Belgium and my Visa has been issued there.

Any experince of this type or some  advice?

Thank you,
kailash

Two things that could have gone wrong:

1. There is a small chance that your card is not accepted outside your country, but that's unlikely.
2. If you are using ICICI gateway and Firefox, everything can go wrong! It has happened to me. Either use a different payment option or use IE.

I'm glad to know about this Firefox problem since that's the brower I generally use.  So I'll switch to IE for booking tickets, when the time comes!

Off topic, but I have another Firefox problem that just developed recently: I can no longer print things from internet when using Firefox (I used to be able to).  I thought it might be the anti-virus program I installed, but I can still print OK when using IE.  :)  I don't understand these things at all.

btw, this particular problem has nothing to do with Firefox, but ICICI. Any other payment system usually works fine.
