Ingredients ::
- A. 1 Small whole Chicken
- B. 1 table spoon Magaz (Melon Seed) paste
- C. 1 1/2 table spoon Cashewnut paste
- D. 1 table spoon Khuskhus (Posto / Poppy seeds) paste
- E. 1/2 cup Cream
- F. 2 table spoon Butter
- G. 2 tsp White pepper
- H. Salt To Taste
Not only snacks, can be treated as a side dish with any kind of roti also.
Clean the chicken and keep aside.
Make a paste of all the ingredients and marinate the whole chicken well with this.
Keep marinated for four hours.
Grill in a tandoor (charcoal grill) till golden.
Serve the murgh afgani hot with onion.
