Ok so I work for Vodafone, but kinda thought that this was an offer not pass up!!

We’re giving our customers the chance to celebrate Diwali with free calls to India next Saturday, 17 October.

If 5,000 people sign up for a pay as you go SIM between now and 16 October, customers on Vodafone International will be able to call India for free all day.

To help with this challenge we’ve recruited Ambur Khan as our Diwali Challenge Ambassador, and set her the task of reaching this target. Over the coming week she’ll be promoting the campaign via press, radio, online advertising and by getting out and about to meet customers, including visiting University fresher’s fairs. You may even catch her in the street with a megaphone!

Why not help Ambur reach her target by spreading the word! If you know someone with friends or family living overseas, tell them about this offer. Even if they don’t call India, they’ll still benefit from great value rates whichever country they’re calling if they sign up to Vodafone International. We’ve started offering customers free services more regularly with our Free Friday promotions. So, whilst this offer’s specific to people who have friends or family living in India, there’ll be plenty more to come that other customers can take advantage of. Look out for more soon!
