thanks for the link bdr. it's heartening to hear about these projects which work with small groups and appear to be doing a lot of good. i especially like that it works with women.

OT,how is the weather rathore? we are having the strangest autumn and winter, it's still over 20C, and it has probably only rained 5 or 6 times this year. very worrying.

Thank you for sharing the link, the weather is disgusting, it is 40 degree Celsius in shade today,still bearable, sand storms now and then. I dont know anything about the rain yet, the monsoon hits Jodhpur around July first week, for the moment it still looks far, this time the birds around the water ponds have laid their eggs on the height of the banks, we expect good rain this year.
It has been quite bad for Marwar for few years.
Cant wait to go out and stand under the water pipe which is connected to the roof for rain water extraction or storage.
