Does anyone know, how can I get Indian credit card (with no fee). For use in air booking etc, since they give hiccups when they see foreign cards, also gets to be expensive sometime with fees or higher charges etc.

I have citibank debit card.

Eligibility criteria for all the cards I have seen clearly says should be a Citizen of India..
