Mar. 1 2008: Cathay Pacific Airways will add three flights a week from Mumbai and Delhi to Hong Kong from today.
The additional flights will mean a daily service to Delhi and Mumbai, with three of the latter flights operating non-stop and the other four routed through Bangkok. Mumbai will also have an extra three flights added to Dubai, turning that schedule to a daily service from March.
In January Cathay Pacific announced it would give a boost to Hong Kong's position as an international aviation hub by significantly enhancing its services to and from India. The airline will add a total of 23 new flights from India and one new destination – Chennai – on June 3, making a total of 35 flights a week from the country.
