We've been trying to book trains via IRCTC and encountered the following difficulties, we got as far as selecting the tickets then through to entering credit card details and paying, but then it seems to fail and we get an email saying the booking was unsuccessful, we've tried emailing IRCTC about this but still no response.
Has anyone else dealt with this?

I'm using a mac and Firefox as my browser presumably this isn't part of the problem?
