Google "MUMBAI GOA FERRY" and you should get it on the first hit.

I tried googling for "Mumbai Goa ferry", as I thought it would be a cool way to go also.
I couldn't easily find any good information though, so it would be good to know if there is a currently operating service.
anybody?

I guess only Star Ship Libra OR Star Cruises were operating the service when I checked last year...
However the schedule is something that is hard to follow.

That overnight boat service that we used in the seventies operated by Chowgule brothers has been terminated long back. Later in the 80-90's Damania introduced aircon catamaran service and that too is no more operational.
With the excellent Konkan railway & budget airlines boat services will no longer be viable.

The Damania ferry/catamaran was not viable not only because of the monsoons (which were hardly a surprise) but also because too many Indians, unused to sea travel, were getting badly seasick even outside the monsoons.
Seasick? In a catamaran?
Anyway, that's what the operators told me.

Several searches came up with Super Star Libra of Star Cruises, but sadly as the Capt.Mahajan says, they seem to be discontinued:
