For broadband users is running at www.ibnlive.com

I was impressed by the quality of stream... I guess our Indian internet back bone networks have been upgraded or the site runs from international networks.

Also worth noting if you have sky TV in Britain/Europe channel 513 is NDTV

I think UPC in Holland has some Indian channels too but I watch Indian shows news only sometimes.
