Discover all that you are not -- body, feelings thoughts, time, space, this or that -- nothing, concrete or abstract, which you perceive can be you. The very act of perceiving shows that you are not what you perceive." -Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Hi KK, Great Links.

I am reading   the discourse of Sri Atmananda from the first link. I had missed that post containing the second link.

The answer to the question ' How to retreat into the I- Principle is wonderful. ( Q 21). Most of the questions,  it seems, are tackled in this discourse. Thanks for posting these wonderful Links.

I will read the  talks from Maharshi and then make post about it.

Best wishes,

:D

Yes it all is, but i'm sure you know that it is a matter of the mind coming to the actual realisation (True Understanding) of this, as opposed to just accepting the intellectual theory without actually looking within & observing the self. In other words your self  must experience it for it's self before it can come to the true realisation & saying yes i have read these words & agree with this, is all just theory, it must be put into practise for the self realisation to occur.

Here's the link again since the one in the above post seems to be defective.

Here's the homepage with some more good links;

True, KK. You are right. Agreeing with the concepts intellectually is one thing and realising it without a shadow of  a doubt is something entirely different. I can say that  I am the immortal spirit but life gives me enough experiences to realise that I am still attached to my image and opinions and still controlled by My Ego. Earnestness is the key, something,  which is a work in progess in my case.

Yes, the link was defective, So I went to the Homepage and found the link. There is a treasure trove of Knowledge there.

Best Wishes,
