hey, things are working out beautifully now. I got shelled corn from the store which pop at around 85%( yeah I did a count, lots of free time,see) of the time.
So compared to the Diactyl killer flavoured commercial crap, I get a half kilo pack at Rs 18 ( compared to the Rs 10/satchet for the commercial itsy bitsy amount) which works out quite well.
pour some in a bowl, a teaspoon of clarified butter, tumeric powder, pepper; mix with hand and micorwave.
Then sprinkle salt.
A beaut.
