There are no trains as you are heading into the himalaya! You may want to consider buying (or at least consulting) a guide book?

Anyway, there are many tourist buses from delhi to manali...just ask at the travel agents in paharganj. You will want to get off at Bhuntar for Parvati (a stop before manali) and change for the local bus. Any bus that goes to manikaran will stop at kasol.

Alternatively you can take a train to Ambala or Chandigarh then a bus tax to Parvati

Take the overnight Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali and get down at Bhuntar. Take a local bus or cab. HPTDC runs buses from Delhi. Advance reservation is recommended. The office is in Janpath near CP in Delhi.

Please note the bus can take 15-18hrs to Manali, depending on weather & road/traffic conditions. If you have plenty of time IMHO it's better to split the journey up a bit. You could take a train from Delhi to Kalka just above Chandigarh, where you can change for the toy train upto Shimla, an experience not to be missed! Spend a night or 2 in Shimla then take a bus to Bhuntar or alternatively Mandi & have a night there before heading for Bhuntar. At Bhuntar change buses for Kasol. However the fastest way to Shimla is by direct bus, the train takes a few hrs longer.
The alternative route with stopovers would be express train to Amritsar (Golden Temple) next day bus to Dharamsala/Mcleod Ganj a few days in Mcleod then bus to Bhuntar via Mandi.
If you have enough time you can do a full circle, head for Amritsar/Mcleod on the way up then Shimla on the way back down. Here's some of my photo's of Parvati valley:  KK
