Chilly Delhi so a casserole dinner tonight, neck of mutton stewed with bacon, potato, carrot, turnip, tomato and mushrooms.... I might have been a bit too liberal with the red wine that was used but winter comes only once in a year

I marinated the Boneless Chicken breast pieces and my wife cooked it. We added the green bell peppers at the end to keep them crunchy. Enjoy.
