I’m only seeking people in India who mastered telepathy; EMOTIONS are not what interest me. If you have information about people who evince paranormal abilities, please let me know. If you don’t know such people, tell me – you don’t. Thank you.

I don't.

No, I don't either
And might I say, a little humility and a little gratitude from the OP for the people who bothered to get involved in this thread wouldn't go amiss, either (purely my personal opinion, you understand

I Know such a Person, but as you are rude, I ain't gonna tell ya.
Discover all that you are not -- body, feelings thoughts, time, space, this or that -- nothing, concrete or abstract, which you perceive can be you. The very act of perceiving shows that you are not what you perceive." -Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Well, I've had a few miracles
occur in my home, but they weren't of a telepathic nature, so I'm not going to elaborate either.
'Their people will judge them on what they can build and not what they destroy.
To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent,
know that you are on the wrong side of history; but that we will extend a hand if you are
willing to unclench your fist." ~ Barack Obama.

Hi!
I’m planning my trip to India and I have heard a lot about people that do miracles. I’ve heard about yogis demonstrating psychic vision, mind reading and telepathy. If you know such people, could you advise me how to meet them? Please write on forum by PM

A,
Since you appear so bumptious, let me also say that you are asking 3 types of wrong questions, framing or phrasing the questions inaccurately or wrongly in your mind. If you can tell me what those mistakes are and how they are to be rectified, then ask me for an answer.
Do you know what the mathematical definition of elliptical motion is?
Do you understand that circular motion is a special case of the above?
Do you understand one can take this generalisation much further still?
In order to comprehend something, you must be able to ask a mathematician a meaningful question and be able to understand his/her reply in the terms he/she chooses to frame it in with the rigor s/he determines to be necessary, NOT what your arrogance, stupidity or limited horizons choose to demand. Is that sufficiently clear?
Even when you go to a University and ask a question, you must expect it to be answered according to the canons of the relevant science, not according to your whims.
Also, any one capable of mental focus is not a whore sitting to demonstrate something to any fool and scoundrel: can you get that into the incomprehension that you call thought, at the present time?
So, when you have possibly overcome your idiocy and arrogance, and have something useful to ask, do so, and you may learn something useful.
Otherwise, please remember, no matter what your opinion is of yourself, few have the desire to share anything, let alone anything precious concerning their traditions and Holy Teachers with a being who is not quite human as yet. Would a sane person choose to hold a prolonged or serious discourse with a monkey?
You should definitely come to India: you shall get what you seek: we have a saying, the farty disciple finds the shitty guru.

Talking of Known <> Un-Known phenomenon, one of my most favorite modern day poet had this to say:
The Unknown
-Donald Rumsfeld
As we know,
There are known knowns.
There are things we know we know.
We also know
There are known unknowns.
That is to say
We know there are some things
We do not know.
But there are also unknown unknowns,
The ones we don't know
We don't know.
