This is probably the reverse question from ones normally asked but I am looking for advice on the above.
I am a UK citizen and married an Indian girl and now looking for a UK Settlement visa for us to both return to UK when my current work posting here has finished (November 2007).
Specifically, can anyone recommend any good agencies that can assiost with completion of forms, checking that correct paperwork has been submitted etc. Based in Hyderabad (primarily) and Kolkata so agencies local to these places are preferred.

Hi Sahajesh,
As you're British, I would rely on the British High Commission - after all, it is their duty to serve the British overseas!
Maybe you should do a bit of homework first, and I have found these links which could help:
