Ingredients: Left over Chapati, curd, mustard seeds, teaspoon of oil

Mix curd and water, boil it up.
Cut leftover chapatis in pieces, add to the boil, season to taste.
Heat oil in a skillet over a medium-high flame.
When hot, put in mustard seeds. When seeds pop, add to your boil.
Serve.

For the Masala-Mex touch.

Here is yet another version of this comfort food...

1) Soak left over chappatis in a mixture of yoghurt and warm water. ( 20 minutes ) . It should be liquidy enough to enable the chappatis to get wet and moist.

2) Heat oil in a non stick pan.. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, generous amounts of crushed garlic, finely chopped green chillies and  fry for a minute or two..

3) Now add the soaked chappati with any extra liquid, turmeric and salt.

4) cook for about 8 minutes.. add loads of chopped fresh coriander ...and voila !! Enjoy ...
