That dark chutney is probably the culprit. Monsoon time no good for such things.

GC, Home-made remedies  is the way to go. The chats are very tasty and it is hard to say no to chats. I wish you a speedy recovery.

PS.  I am sorry, I can't help you with any info on adult diapers. :sweating:

Oh, no!  Sounds terrible!  This is NOT the recommended way to lose weight!  I hope the colorful pills and home remedies are working their magic.

I hope you're feeling much better today GC :( - What a way to lose weight - 4kilos in two days!!!  Just take it easy and stay away from those puris, at least for the time being :sweating:

thanks everyone for your wishes.  i will take all i can get :giggle: .  talk about bhelpuri blues! i am still not out of the woods by a long shot. it might take a week or maybe more..thats the general consensus around here.

i think the nastiest home remedy that i did was jeera (cumin), dry fried to blacken, which then was powdered and then made into a paste with a bit of honey. it was like eating charcoal.

but i think this strain is a nasty one..i dont know if its a bacteria or a virus or a parasite.   the previous attacks i had in my earlier ones werent this vicious.   as far as the weightloss, on hindsight, i think with all the gluttony i was indulging in, maybe it was the karma....hmmmmmm

anyways i just cannot imagine if i were a traveller going through this.

in the comfort of a home, being spoilt with attention and service~ makes such a big difference.
