If you are arriving in Delhi from Himachal Pradesh, the HRTC buses stop at Himachal Bhavan. Himachal Bhavan has rooms to rent and a cafeteria. Buses from Shimla come very early mornings, it pays to stay in Himachal Bhavan at least few hours. But it is advisable to book in advance.
