kk and batistuta

i would be very interested in how you chaps define sin.

When The Buddha was asked what sin is, The Buddha replied, "All that is unnecessary Is sin"

But i'm not a Buddhist!

From a Christian perspective i would say sin means breaking the Ten Commandments or Divine Law.

But i'm not a Christian!

So really i couldn't personally define sin, i'm not even sure it exists, it's just another concept! :crying: KK

In the Gita Lord Krishna says:

Yasya na hamkrto bhavo budhir yasya na lipyate

hatva pisa imamllokan na hanti na nibadhyate

                                                                                                (B.G., XVIII. l7)
"Even if a person who has risen above ego

and is merged in Brahman, which is the object of his meditation

were to kill others in fulfillment of his duty in life, he is not tainted with the sin of killing."
