Hi all.
I am in Sri Lanka but do not want to go to Colombo to pick up the visa form. On the Indian Embassy website Colombo, you are supposed to be able to download the form and print it out but the download doesn't appear to work! Does anyone know the  web address of the myserious download form?

Well,

Sri Lanka seems expensive to me!

Accomodation and also food!

First internet place I tried was 7 Sri Lankan Rupees per minute, the one I'm in now is 3 SL Rupees per min!

Doesn't seem anything like India and I feel that I've been transported back to europe

Not  good vibe and already had a couple of scams pulled.

Get me out of here!

SL is a bit more expensive then India but I enjoyed my stay there and I expect that I will be back one day. I did not like Colombo or Negombo though.

Hi guys,

I arrive in India late November 2007. After 5 months I plan to visit Colombo to get a new visa as I will be in India until July/August 2008.

I would like to know if anyone else has done a similar visa run and received a full 6 month multiple visa? I assume a week will suffice?

Has anyone experienced problems?

Also any tips for hotels?
