whr can I find books tht are translations of folk stories from across the country, also books tht are translations of regional language writers.

I would suggest going to a book shop especially an old family run shop (if they still exist anywhere) and ask the owner to help you out. If you know the names of the authors or had a few details of what you are looking for that should make it easier.
