For the last 33 years veteran rock musician Lou Majaw and his Great Society of Shillong had been celebrating Dylan's birthday. This year a home for children orphaned by AIDS is being set up at a village called Umbir near the scenic Umiam lake. "The Dylanmania-AIDS initiative" is launched to fund the venture.
