I booked my Christmas-time flights to Delhi through an agency specialising in flights to India. The other day, I was trying to remember our departure time from Delhi and couldn't, so I went on the airline's website and looked up their schedule, only to find our flights don't exist!

The airline has amended the schedule and the travel agency hadn't told us! :)
Which, if I'm not mistaken, is against the ABTA Code of Conduct.

The airline doesn't even have a flight leaving Delhi on the same day we originally booked a flight for. And not even an "I'm terribly sorry madam" from the agency! They're now deep in negotiation with the airline to get us on some flights that actually exist.  They've said they'll call me back "today only", but I'm not holding my breath.

I've been scrabbling around trying to ascertain my rights. Anybody definitively know what I have a right to here?
Thanks.

Well, just to update you, no they didn't.

They couldn't get me a flight at the same price. I got waitlisted on a flight with the same airline, and remained waitlisted for 3 weeks before giving up and asking for my money back. I have had to fork out £1000 for new flights for me and my partner and have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my money back.

As you can imagine, this has upset me somewhat.
