Looks so tempting. Any comment on the gravy? With your knowledge I am sure you can reconstruct the recipe. It would be great if you do so.
Glad you enjoyed it Suresh - we've got loads more on the way. This week there's more of the PORK, Corn and Zuchhini Fritters with a Tomato and Cheese Salad and an amazing Bacon & Egg Roll which is perfect for breakfast.

Hi Jyotirmoy - The gravy over the Pork Belly is actually is a TAMARIND SAUCE made from caramelized sugar, fresh tamarind and water and then reduced to the consistency you desire. Do come in and have a taste !
Tamarind sauce! That's the southern touch eh? When using a combo of caramelized sugar and Tamarind the balance must be important.
