Karund (Urdu), Mariro (Sindhi), Chalwaiy (Pushto), chawli ke patte, ........i guess thats wht these leaves are called.

Chana means "chickpea" in Hindi, so you may have the Hindi names right there.

As far as Amarath - you must mean "amaranth"? If so, Amaranth leaves in Hindi are Chauli leaves.

Came to know:
Phula Chana (in Urdu) = Roasted Chana Dal (Dalia) = Putnala pappulu (in Telugu)
Amaranth leaves = Maat ki Bhaji (in Urdu) = Thota Kura (in Telugu)
