This north Indian style mix veg recipe is a family favorite and my mom's recipe. Its tastes delicious with phulkas, parathas or pooris. The best part of this mix veg sabzi recipe is that you can use spare veggies that are in your kitchen. This can be prepared in no time


1 cup peas (matar)
2 Sliced onions (medium)
2 chopped carrots
1 cup cauliflower (1/4th)
2 boiled potatoes (cubed)
1 finely chopped capsicum 
2 chopped tomatoes
chopped coriander leaves
chopped ginger garlic chili
Turmeric powder
red chili powder
cumin seeds
black pepper powder
Coriander powder
dry mango powder
