Where Is This, What Is This?

I strongly believe it is a variant of this one. While Ada is normally made of rice floor, it can be changed a bit based on the chef's choice which is what I believe is the case in the pic here..

its called ella appam. by the locals

ella is the leaf...and appam can be anythign stuffed in it....can even be dosas.....

Sounds right any more suggetsions.....

Ada should be traditionally rice flour... the soft ones. I am not a south Indian but my neighbour is and I invade him on Sundays for breakfast.
