When I started preparing pastes, powders, chutneys , last year, little did I think that I am sowing a seeds for a huge project worth over 4 Mil Dollars.
I recently finalized all drawings ,layout and other necessary documentation for Spice Project and today the walls have come up and the building will be finished in January. Machineries will be starting to arrive then and hope to lauch commercial production of spices and other food products by April 2013.

Chettinadu Pepper chicken, Sattu, Thalipeeth Bhajni, Chakli Bhajni, Pandhra Rassa ( Kolhapuri) , Hirva Thecha, Chicken Tikka, Hyderabasdi Chicken, Madurai Kozi curry , Instant Upma , Gun Powder, All Andhra Powders, Sambar powders, Tirupathi style Ladoos, are just a few of the things that have had a smashing success.

We will be offering around 50 items.
Just wanted to share this news with you all.

Hemant bhai - your TLC will definitely make it a success. I presume this is in Austin TX right ? Will you ship to Honduras/Guatemala & Mexico ? When you start taking orders, also include paypal as an option.

Dear friends,

I am overwhelmed by your good wishes and messages.

Yes, the project is huge and we need all good wishes we can get.

I introduced Idli and Dosai batter last week and the response was so great that I had to produce it three times in four days.
I am on a Thrill trip friends.

I did see a couple of years back that a Korean company made a Machine that mass produces Rosogolas, have not seen any feedback whatsoever re this machine.

Ok the US market for the Indian style(sugar syrup) Rosogolas may not be that big,BUT if those Rosogolas were soaked in Bourbon,Vodka,Rum,Drambeui,Brandy, etc, it may attract some Interest. Posted Image

Thanks for the suggestion. Food is all about what you make out of ingredients and fusion, experimentation are its dynemics. Will talk with my director about this.

Wednesdays and Thursdays are very demanding. Made Tikka Masala, Butter chicken sauce, Vindaloo, Puliodhirai, Madurai Muniyandi Korma, and Hot Madras curry . All about 15 lbs batch each. All will disappear by Sunday. But loving the job. As one client said last week, " I am addicted to your curries and I need to have my fix almost daily"

Cannot get a better feedback and satisfaction.

Once the factory goes on stream, I will have some relief as assitants will take over labor part of the process.

Lined up Jalfreizi, Vattal Kozambu, Pepper chicken masala  and Tadka dal masala for tomorrow.
