Reminds me of a restaurant in Thailand with a kitchen and dining area on opposite sides of a road. A whole Roasted Chicken would be catapulted across and caught on a plate.

I had watched the full video when you initially posted it and when I saw it today in another news article, I immediately remembered it.

Quote

The flying parantha and cricket woes.
Anyone that watched the star-studded Mumbai Indians play and lose to Australian side Red Backs(Champions League) on Tuesday, must watch this video.

It shows two men making paranthas at a roadside stall in Tamil Nadu.
They could teach these cricketers a trick or two in throwing, catching and team work. One flattens dough and tosses it several feet away.
The other catches with consummate ease. The throw never goes awry, the catch is never too much drama.
Nice linking of cricket fielding/catching to Paratha catching talent.

You bet, I would forget the food and sit watching the Flying Parathas.
