Hey just wanted to introduce myself.

I've just started getting into the more gourmet end of things as of late...especially with gourmet mushrooms. Its actually how I found this place, doing some hunting for trying the elusive Milky Mushroom.

You all look like really fantastic people, looking forward to lurking around here and learning alot of really great stuff.

Dan

Hello Dan
Welcome to our little corner, hope you find what you are looking for.
Where are you based and what is your speciality in cooking? :)

Hi everyone, Sue here!

I didn't really know about this forum, but re-reading something Gautum once mailed me he mentioned a thread here about how to grind mustard seeds for Bengali cooking, and all the finer points about how to go about it. I had to join the forum to get access, and still can't find the thread about it - perhaps someone can help me?

As for introducing myself, I am posting under my real name, some of you here know me from Another Subcontinent where I also post under my name ( :) Hi there!). I'm half Parsi, living in Italy/UK, and I like cooking, food, talking about it, photographing etc. Hope to learn lots of new stuff here, and share what I know.
