Noori Saheb's outlet is sadly not what it used to be. Once Noori Saheb sat on a "throne" & lorded over his shop. Using a laddle with a 4 feet handle he would pick up ingredients and make the mix you had asked for and for the quantity of meat you had in mind. There after he would wrap the mix with news paper and handed over. He remembered the preferences of his regular especially the amount of mirch. That personal touch is gone, his sons prefer selling packaged stuff

Jyotida, Noori Saheb's personal touch may be gone but the masalas you generously gifted me are still miles ahead of anything i have used.
Have used biryani, stew and garam masalas so far - i especially like the fact that the garam masala is not overloaded with dhania

I am happy to note that you liked those masalas. Yes these are the best mix you can buy in Delhi.
