Yesterday we were at Ponnusamys new branch in Bangalore. We also ordered Chicken 65, mutton pepper fry and a chicken Biryani. The bill for 4 was Rs.375/- only.

Dinner with Suresh Hinduja - 139/7

Was at Suresh's place . As usual no matter how many times I say keep it simple it never is .

Not sure what to call this invention , but was simply the best chicken I've had, till date . The knife sliced through the chicken like butter , the salad was absolutely complementary with cherry tomatoes , mangoes and sesame seeds all coming together like nothing before . The mashed potatoes just made the whole combination Incredible.

How I wish all of you had an opportunity like this , to ~~eat~~ , ~~feast~~ , cherish the experience !

The full Monty : Chronicles of the Chilli roasted Chicken with mushroom n onion sauce , the salad and mashed potatoes ! Each had its own distinct flavor the combination was something that has to be experienced. no matter what I say words wont do justice ! Pinched Suresh's photo below , mine was'nt as good . The question here is " What would you call this dish ?" Ive run out of ideas coming up with a name.

Ended dinner with Dessert - Apple jelly custard . Simply Awesome! Great way to finish up a hearty Dinner . Suresh whats the secret ?
