    HI All, I have few questions that I would like to take help from the forum. This is regarding avadhi biryani. 1. L-e-Taam, is it just used while boiling the water for biryani, to flavour the rice? Can we use it as a garam masala to marinade meat? 2. I have noticed Chef Imtiaz using vinegar to marinade the meet. Is it common to use vinegar in biryani? 3. I am not sure whether we need to add badam or cashew powder to the meat. Can someone let me know? Thank you.
